This is a killer way to work this seasons trend to perfection. As I expect you all already know camel is back and on a mission but with a side of red there is no better way to go. Asos.com brings this style to us in just the way we want. Also Asos currently has 20% off at the checkout if you enter the promotion code PARTY
Asos top picks;
Tailored Bengaline Tab Front Pencil Skirt £22

I love this chic bodycon skirt, it can go with so much, it fits in a stylish just-above-the-waist to just-above-the-knee. Must have, and it comes in 5 colours, one of them being red. Hard to beat.
Paul & Joe Pleyel Sheepskin Satchel £440

Now I am aware that this a bit of a price jump. But its one of those bags that last forever, but also stay in style forever. You could keep it for ages, then whack it out in a few years time and pass it off as vintage. Stunning bag.
Elisabeth Arden Limited Edition Anniversary Lipstick £18

Elisabeth Arden is a trusted and reputable brand. And this colour will pack a punch and last for a long time. It is also a limited edition so get your claws on fast before its gone. The perfect compliment to camel and you can wear red as well as this. I also love the packaging so much, it reminds me of the Crescent Row range of perfume from Benefit.
ASOS Bustle Back Camisole £26

This is really stylish, and can be paired with just about anything. I would love this with a pair of camel shorts.
Now I think that red and camel are a match made in heaven, but what do you guys think? comment below and let me know. follow me on twitter; www.twitter.com/VanilleMode

Vintage is always there in fashion. This time though, I think that the Marilyn Monroe look is all that we need to look towards.

See that classic red lip, the perfectly coiffed hair.

Go towards sparkles and glitter for the wild nights

Stripes are everywhere, as are maxi dresses. The turtle neck just adds to the effortlessness.

Red has officially arrived, wear with camel for a autumn update.

I would like to begin by apologising for leaving it so long for an update! But I had lost my internet for ages, then for the last 5 days I have been pretty ill. But don't worry, I'll get into the swing of posting beginning now!
So with that out of the way I would like to draw your attention to black and white, as I can assure you as it seems to do every Autumn/Winter it has made a comeback. So I thought I'd give you guys a look in the right direction as to the how-to-wear. Now seeing as this is only my second post, your probably not so aware of how Coco Chanel obsessed I really am. But this is so her, if you wear it right, you will look fabulous and have put in minimum effort getting there.
Asos.com Tailored Pussy-Bow Blouse 2 in 1 Pencil Dress £40

I love how simple this is but it just looks amazing. With this all you need to do is team with some black courts, a black bag and a black beaded bracelet and you have office style down to a T.
Boohoo.com Lulu Bandage Style Body Con Dress Mini Dress £8

As we know boohoo is cheap, but this is a sale item down to beans. This is fabulous party glamour, teamed with some killer heals, chunky jewellery and a black cardigan you are good to go.
Warehouse Waterfall Jacket £60

This is very versatile, and whilst it may be more expensive I can assure you, you will definatley get the wear out of it. You can wear it with a black playsuit/jumpsuit for the day, LBD (Little Black Dress) for the night, LBDD (Little Black Day Dress) for the day, a black top with jeans, a black top and high waisted shorts. The list goes on! But don't feel like you have to stick with black to make it work, you could play around with pastels for toned down style, or play it up with bold brights to create your own autumn sunshine, wherever the wind takes you!
I hope that this has given you a couple of ideas for this trend, let me know in the comments bar below what you thought about it, did you like it? Follow me on twitter at www.twitter.com/VanilleMode

It may still be autumn (or fall for America) but all of this being England it already feels like winter. And so bearing all of that in mind, its time to order our coats and wrap up for the season. If your thinking, its a coat, you take it off when your indoors. Your wrong. A coat becomes part of your outfit when you put it on and it is what you will be most seen in. So... here are some of the most stylish coats for you to lay your hands on whilst you still can.
Trend 1: The Cape. These are great. They create a beautiful, top-heavy silhouette that will turn heads in an instant. Also they suit all body-types and can be thrown over just about anything, shorts skirts, skinny's, you name it. Although steer clear of any voluptuous bottom halves, as this will turn you into a ginormicle bubble person.
ASOS Hooded Military Cape £70

This coat is fabulous. This is because it incorporates 3 styles into one wearable coat. Its military style and its available in this colour above camel, which everyone wants a piece of, khaki, which everyone knows is in and will be till the end of winter (we'll have to see if it can last longer) and the wardrobe's most versatile, black. And it has a super snugly hood.
Top shop Ultimate Heavy Jersey Cape £85

Effortless, stylish perfect length, long sleeves for warmth = the 'Ultimate' winter coat, or rather Cape.
Trend 2: The Trench. Now as we all know this is a well known, and also well loved classic. Treat it with care, I love it.
Miss Selfridge Stone Crop Belted Mac £55

Now I know this is'nt essentially a trench, but I really think it has that sort of vibe about it, hence it being in this category. It has a delicate bow to cinch in the waist which is always a winner for me, and its a nice stone colour.
H&M Trench Coat £29.99

I just love having H&M online. Even though it is hard to control myself. But still, to the point. I have actually ordered this, I love it. Now I know it looks very tailored here, but actually if you look on the site, the model has it in a lovely laid-back style which I loved. And it has side pockets, which, you don't yet know but I have a surprise-pocket obsession. so that was me sold!
Trend 3: Faux Fur. This has made a huge come-back. I am especially loving the warmth and comfort of these coats yet they also supply endless heaps of style.
Miss Selfridge Cream Faux Fur Cape £95

This one is pretty crazy! Its also bringing in two trends together, with the fur and the cape. But it also seems super duper warm!
Top Shop Faux Fur Pom Pom Duffle Coat £85

I think this coat is some kinda awesome! its so kooky and out-there. And one things for sure if you were walking down the street in this, there would certainly be some heads turning! I love the colour too, its really warm and rich. The hood and toggles are just added to persuade me to buy it. But its too late, my coat is already ordered.
